「The picture of health」です！
直訳すると「健康な絵・写真」という意味になりますが、一体どんな時に使うフレーズなのでしょうか？
早速、一連の会話から見ていきましょう！
MaxとDannyが家族について話しています。

Max: So, I heard that you visit your grandmother on weekend.
Danny: Yeah, I did. I saw her for first time in 5 years.
Max: 5 years? That’s quite long. Don’t you see her on Christmas or Thanksgiving Day?
Danny: No. As she lives in Spain, it’s not that easy for us to see regularly.
Max: How was she? Did she changed from the last time you saw her?
Danny: I was very surprised to see her in such good shape. I mean she is like the picture of heath. She became 78 years old, but she still enjoys hunting.
Max: that sounds awesome.

そうです！実は…
「The picture of heath」には「健康そのもの、健康を絵に描いたよう」
といった意味があるんです。「picture」には「絵画、写真」などといった意味がありますが、「the」を伴うことで、「具現化したもの、模範、生き写し」といった意味合いになります。
「The picture of health」、つまり「健康というものを具現化したもの」→「健康そのもの」といった意味合いになるんですね。
Oxford Advanced Learner’s Dictionaryでは、以下のよう書かれていました。

healthの代わりに「guilty」や「unhappy」など状態を表す名詞を使うこともできます。例えば「the picture of unhappy」だったら、「不幸そのもの」といった意味になります。
